The overall atmosphere of the hotel, the whirlpool pool, and the view overlooking the river were perfect. This time I came for a business trip, but next time I would like to come for a trip as well.

Magnificent setting on the Columbia River! Our river view room is highly recommended with magnificent sunsets included! Comfortable, spotlessly clean room and well stocked. Every staff member from the front desk, to food servers, randomly met maintenance and cleaning people greeted us cheerfully, asking if we were enjoying our visit or if there was something they could do for us. Our breakfast on the outside deck was perfect! We will be returning here again! This hotel is the best!

This was a trip with my girlfriend and partner as a couple. However, we came to the area to spend time with my daughter and family.. Checked into the hotel yesterday and spent one evening and morning so far as of this time. The location, staff service food and beverage and breakfast this morning, including dessert have all been fantastic and looking forward to returning. In the Bar area we discover med shaylyn who was excellent with drinks and appetizers and great personality again great experience. This morning at breakfast, we met Shayane and let her know that the food and especially the dessert which was the cobbler cheesecake and kudos to the chef Carissa again excellent food and service fantastic location had a wonderful experience. Highly recommended will be returning family friendly as well being on the river side.

The hotel room was great and had a beautiful view of the river. I would love to use the cozy fireplace in the winter. Front desk staff were also friendly and I love that the check out time isn’t until noon! I had breakfast at Drumhellers, and my server, Teri, was super kind and attentive. Service was fast and the omelette was one of the best I’ve had with Tillamook cheese and plenty of crispy bacon.

We stayed at The Lodge in September for a triathlon and loved it. Our Grand Cru Riverfront King Premium Suite was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and with beautiful river views. The deck was perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Check-in was fast and friendly, and staff were excellent throughout. The kitchenette had a mini fridge (with freezer) and microwave, and when we needed extra dishes they were delivered right away. (Note: no toaster or hotplate) The soaking tub filled quickly with great water pressure, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. Trails and great restaurants are right outside the door. Overall, an excellent hotel with excellent staff in an excellent location. Highly recommend.

This place is great! Ideal for those wanting to venture out in to the many different wine regions in the area. There are several good places to eat within walking distance, and the views of the Columbia are great! Getting a ride share from/to here was super easy and let us explore the tri-cities area with ease. We used this place as a launching pad to get to Walla Walla and Red Mountain AVAs for day long visits to each (via a private tour service). Great place for couples, but we did see lots of families as well.
